How it works.

From PDF to spreadsheet, in three steps.

  1. Drop in a PDF bank statement

Any bank, up to 10 pages, digital or scanned. Locked PDFs are fine too: you'll be asked for the password. No signup.

  2. Every row is read and checked

Each transaction is added to the balance before it and has to land on the balance the statement prints. If one doesn't, you'll see exactly which row.

  3. Download Excel or CSV

Four clean columns: Date, Description, Amount and Balance, with money out negative and money in positive. Ready for a spreadsheet or your accounting software.

Is it safe?

  • Your PDF is deleted as soon as it's converted.
  • The rows are kept for an hour so you can download them, then deleted.
  • No cookies, no tracking, no ads.

Questions, answered.

Converting bank statements to CSV, for free.

  1. What columns does the CSV have?

Four: Date, Description, Amount and Balance. Amount is one signed column, so money out is negative and money in is positive, rather than two columns you'd have to merge.

  2. Why are the dates YYYY-MM-DD?

Because 03/04/2026 means 3 April in the UK and 4 March in the US, and spreadsheets guess. 2026-04-03 can only be read one way, so no day and month get swapped when you open or import the file.

  3. Will it import into Xero, QuickBooks or Sage?

Yes. Each has a CSV statement import: choose the file, then match Date, Description and Amount to its fields. The amounts are already signed, which is what they expect.

  4. Is it really free?

Yes. No signup and no card: one statement a day, up to 10 pages. After your first, answer one quick question and you get two more that day.

  5. What does balance-checked mean?

Every statement prints a running balance. Each transaction is added to the balance before it and has to land on the balance printed beside it. If a row doesn't add up, you see which one before you download.

  6. Is my statement safe?

Your PDF goes straight to NoRekey, which converts it and deletes it the moment it's done. The rows are kept for an hour so you can download them, then deleted too. No cookies, no tracking, no ads.

  7. What if my PDF has a password?

You'll be asked for it. It's used once to open the file and never stored.

Private by design.
